DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Lea Clothing Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Lea Clothing Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Delivery Policy
Size Exchange Size exchange is free. You can change the size for a different size if the size you ordered does not fit you. If you receive an item and find that the size is not suitable, you can request a size exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.
Note on Second Exchange: Size exchange done for the first time for a particular product is free. But if you change the same product for the second time then we do charge you Rs 200 for the second exchange.
Returns If you don’t like the product or it’s fit, it can be returned to us. Please note that a nominal Return fee of Rs.100 will be charged. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the pickup and exchange, including handling, packaging, and logistics. You will be given a credit note of the product value of the returned product. The credit note will reflect in the “My Account” section after logging in.
All returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date We do not have any Exchange on Bags, Gifts and Lingerie. Conditions for Size Exchange and Returns: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The exchange request should be made within the specified time frame. Size exchanges are subject to availability. In case of the unavailability of the product in the requested size, we will provide you with a credit voucher which you can use in your future purchases.
Refund Policy We do not have “Money Refund” Policy. If you wish to return the product in case you don’t like it, we can provide you with a store “credit note” that can be used for future purchases on our website. Please note that a nominal Return fee of Rs.100 will be charged.
Damaged or Defective Products: In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we are still providing the product exchange which is completely free but if you will proceed with the return of the product, in that scenario as well Rs.100 will be charged.
Our goal is to make the size exchange process as convenient as possible while ensuring a fair and sustainable approach. By introducing a nominal return fee for product return, we can continue to provide you with high-quality products and excellent service.
